Unethical Business Practices

Domain Name registrations is the first step in achieving your online success moving. For this purpose one must try to find the best domain name for the business. It is the most important aspect especially for small businesses when the budget constraints don’t allow extra spending to research, search and register at the best price.

Obviously in the process of search and research we try to find the best registrar who let us search for domains and register at some good price. There are thousands and thousands of registrars providing and facilitating the process with different pricing strategies but when a big name registrar tries to steal your domain name or front run on the whois searches using phishing techniques the user is helpless.

Network Solutions is the big name using unethical techniques to grab the domain names & force users to pay extra. Network Solutions registers the domain that is searched on its site, and thus the user is not able to buy the domain anywhere else, and the whois data shows that the domain is available only at network Solutions.

Many other users have also reported the same complaint, and even one of the users filed a complaint to ICANN and they just replied
“We agree that it’s an unethical business practice, but we can’t do anything to stop this practice. It is legal for Network Solutions to hijack the domain for some ransom, when searched on their site.”

It is one of the most unethical practices by them, and users are forced to pay $35 for the domain name they really want & to register only with them.

It’s a advice to say NO to Network Solutions for their unethical business terms. Please use other registrars for searching & registering your domain names. There are many other good and ethical registrars for domain research, search and registrations who offer far better services.

If you really want to experiment try to search for a good domain name at Network Solutions, after some time check for the same domain name at any other registrar, it would be shown as unavailable and the whois data showing that it is available at Network Solutions only.

At this stage for me Business Success is Sense of Achievement.

Some of you may agree some will not. But this sense of achievement is the basic flare which helps me to boost my confidence, and helps me to achieve more every time and raise the bar for myself. It is that inner feeling which sparks me to do the impossible and I can guarantee no amount of money would do that. Every new morning is a new ray of hope for me, the more I succeed the more I can achieve.

So where is the MONEY factor? Yes it is the factor which gauges the success of any business and it’s good to have nice business success in terms of money. So when you have that sense of achievement it will bring more positives to yourself, to the quality of life and every one around you will benefit from the positive vibrations…and thus the money follows.
